Love lifting heavy or getting your heart racing? Our crossfit classes are both challenging and rewarding. You will acquire new skills and forge a new level of fitness.
In this program, there is more of a focus on harder skills and movements that can improve balance and co-ordination. This means more challenging and powerful lifts.
This is a fun program for kids between the ages of 7-12. We will teach them about diligence and being part of a group in a fitness-focused environment.
Personal training sessions can be an extremely effective way to focus on sport specific skill development and technique, as well as assist in injury rehabilitation.
