Kids Classes
This is a fun program for kids which can teach them about diligence and being part of a group in a fitness-focused environment.
Our program is designed for kids between the ages of 7 – 12. They will learn self-confidence and social skills, whilst developing physical abilities such as gymnastics, strength and cardio-fitness. Some kids are not interested in traditional team sports, so this can be an outlet for them to develop the necessary skills that they might miss out on.
As for kids who are already involved in sports, it can better prepare them by improving fitness and strength in the off-season and during the sports term.
