Similar to the kids program, this develops physical and social skills, and teaches resilience. There is more of a focus on harder skills and movements that can improve balance and co-ordination. This translates to more challenging and powerful lifts. They will spend more time under the barbell and
learn that the harder you work, the stronger you get.
The program can be additional to any sport that your teen is currently involved in, or as a stand-alone
