We offer personalised private and small group personal training sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs. 
 

Personal training sessions can be an extremely effective way to focus on sport specific skill development and technique, assist with rehabilitation from injury, work on mobility restrictions, or even for those who simply prefer a one on one atmosphere.
 

1 Session per week at CrossFit Zen Gym

60min - $60*

*Upfront payment

2 Sessions per week at CrossFit Zen Gym

60 min - $50*

3 Sessions per week at CrossFit Zen Gym
